• Custom or commissioned artworks may take additional time. If applicable, you'll be informed of an estimated shipping timeframe before completing your purchase.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are a flat rate calculated at checkout based on the products in your order.

• I offer domestic and international shipping options to accommodate customers worldwide.

Packaging

• Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Paintings are wrapped with protective materials and shipped in custom-made boxes or reinforced packaging.

• Fine art prints are rolled in protective tubes or shipped flat, depending on the size, to prevent any damage during transit.

• I use reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and I include tracking for all orders so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Time

• Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• International Orders: Can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond my control.

Customs & Import Duties

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the unique nature of each artwork, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

• If an item is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage to provide for insurance claims.
